HOW WE STARTED
After 12 years in the IT industry, Scott made the leap to residential construction. Woodland Residential was founded in 2001 and incorporated in 2004. This management and "puzzle solving" experience was key to starting a construction company. Remodeling / additions are not the same as building new. There are all sorts of problems and "puzzle solving" when remodeling or adding on to your home. Same skills, different medium.
